I placed the order 5 days prior to the recipients birthday. When it arrived the card I selected wasn't inside the box.
I reached out to customer service since I wanted what I picked out and paid for shipped. Well, package two was sent out and received (now 8 days past their birthday) and the wrong card. The confirmation clearly showed the specific card I selected.
I reached out to customer service asking for the correct card to be expressing my dissatisfaction. The order confirmation received showed a different card then my selection. Customer service canceled the order and corrected and shipped the correct card.
Today is 25 days since placing the first order and 20 days past the recipients birthday. I received a notification that the card only would ship 5/9. The card still hasn't arrived and the tracking shows 5/17.
Absolutely horrible, get it together. The person receiving no longer see's any humor with the gift and the screw ups took away from the experience.
Use caution, even when it shows the items you ordered, that's not what's being sent. I appreciate the kindness of the reps and trying to rectify the situation. Unfortunately, it shouldn't take a month to receive the proper order.

I sent the card with dick confetti anonymously to my son for Christmas, he opened it while sitting on his bed. He's still finding them on his bed and on the floor. But he got back at me by putting a bunch of them in my sun visor! I'm still finding them in my car....lol.
