I so keep a list of folks thru the month that deserve these “special gifts” and when there is a sale I load up. That veterinarian that killed your dog? The place you volunteered for 3 months full time and the Christian who started it and walked past you every day that wouldn’t even acknowledge you? That dickhead you are divorcing or even Roger at Costco that pissed you off! Load up and mail them this! Trust me it helps your sanity! When I tell my friends about this company, they ask is the chocolate any good? WTF

Was ordered a week before Christmas and it was finally delivered more than two weeks after Christmas. I never received an email about the status of my order until it was being shipped! When I ordered, the website said 2-4 days shipping via USPS. Very disappointing!

1) I clearly put in the recipient's name and address and after I hit order - it some how switched to my name and address. I couldn't of put it in the wrong place or my credit card would have rejected it.
2) When I got it - I opened it and it was broken with little pieces of chocolate in the plastic.
I have ordered before and haven't had any issues.
