Horrible horrible customer service experience. By far the worst. I reached out to them and they responded one and said they can’t do anything. They said it was too late since my order. I reached out 7 MINUTES after I placed the order. They said that it had already been sent to shipping. Meanwhile, the order took weeks to get delivered. I will never ever buy from them again and I am telling everyone I know do not buy from them. And when I see their ads on Instagram and Twitter and Facebook and TikTok, I comment about how terrible they are. Would not recommend to my worst enemy.

I payed for cold shipping. It still came melted. Figure out cold shipping and add something to product where it doesn’t melt. For example. Swedish fish don’t melt together. Nor do gummy bears from albanese.
